Hi June! I keep forgetting to check comments on my blog - I've been on twitter too much! Check out #colour-collective if you haven't already...some lovely illustrations there. I hardly ever use pink, so this one was a bit of a challenge - especially having to use 'opera rose' - it's so bright!!!! And yes, the hat is a bit Cat in the Hat I guess, with a hint of Marge Simpson?! Anyway, Happy New Year to you June! (Hopefully see you soon?!)
For some reason this made me think of a Cat in the Hat kind of character! I guess it is the hat :) Nicely pink.
